Yes. There is parking at the back of the café, and a large amount of paid municipal parking close by.

The café is on the second floor and is reached by one flight of stairs. There is no step-free access. If that is difficult, please call us on 437 918 9114 before you visit and we will do what we can to help.

Yes. The café serves until midnight Monday through Thursday and until 1 AM Friday through Sunday — one of the later-closing cafés in Mississauga. The full menu runs until close.

For a party of six or more, and for private events, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance; a charge may apply to later cancellations. Ordinary tables carry no cancellation charge — but a quick call frees the table for someone else.

Yes. We use stone-ground ceremonial-grade matcha, whisked to order for every drink rather than mixed in advance and poured from a jug.

The Matcha Latte is served hot or iced. The Matcha Fusion drinks — strawberry and mango — are built in layers over ice, so they are iced only.

Yes. Oat, almond and lactose-free milk are available on any matcha for $1.00.

Our own baristas, the cart, the equipment and the drinks for the length of the booking. The Chai Experience starts at $800 for three hours, the Coffee Experience at $950, and the Coffee & Chai Signature Experience — the full bar — at $1,250. Every package covers up to 50 guests over a three-hour minimum and includes two baristas, delivery, set-up and takedown, and 8oz cups, lids and stirrers.

Additional guests are $200 for 50–75, $400 for 75–100, and a custom quote beyond that. Milk upgrades are $50 each for oat, almond or lactose-free, or $120 for all three. Matcha is $180 for 30 drinks, $330 for 60 and $500 for 100. Each extra hour is $150.

At least four days' notice. Earlier is better for a weekend date.

Yes. The café occupies the whole second floor of 236 Queen Street South, so a private booking is the entire room, with its own stairway and its own door at street level.

Up to 40 guests, with a minimum of 25 for a private booking.

Yes — five of them, all $5 and all served hot or iced: Blush Kashmiri Velvet, Royal Karak, Cardamom Gold, Masala Heritage and Karak Cardamom. There is also an eleven-strong loose-leaf tea bar.

Oat, almond and lactose-free milk are available on any drink for $1.00.

The booths and tables are open to anyone through the afternoon, and the room is quiet before the evening. It is a common place to spend a working afternoon.
